Opis

Invitation to express interest in the Adriatic Water Supply Project JAVOD/AQAD, a submarine pipeline Duboka Ljuta – Ombla – Puglia (Italy) with a planned transfer capacity of up to 600,000,000 m³ of water per year in several investment phases.

Feasibility study for the Adriatic Submarine Water Pipeline Duboka Ljuta (Croatia) – Trani (Italy) with a capacity of 60 million m³ of drinking water per year. The 220 km pipeline is designed in PEHD (PE100) with 800–1,000 mm diameter, SDR 11/17, operating pressure 10–16 bar and maximum sea depth up to 1,233 m, anchored with 1–5 t concrete blocks every 50–100 m and landfall via HDD drilling. Total investment (CAPEX) is estimated at 580 million EUR, including about 350 million EUR for DN1000 PEHD pipe (220 km × 1,400 EUR/m), 48 million EUR for anchors and ballast, 50 million EUR for specialized lay vessels, 35 million EUR for HDD and coastal facilities, 6 million EUR for documentation/EIA/permits, 8 million EUR for monitoring/ROV equipment and 35 million EUR contingency (5–7%). Annual OPEX is about 6 million EUR (3 million EUR for pumping energy and 3 million EUR for maintenance, inspections, monitoring and administration), while at a water tariff of 0.80 EUR/m³ the project generates 48 million EUR per year and 960 million EUR over 20 years, yielding a 20‑year ROI of around 37%.
