I piani urbanistici approvati (PPIZ, PPUGV, UPU TRP Negrin, UPU Golf Negrin) definiscono due componenti principali: TRP Negrin \u2013 zona turistica T1\/T2 di 50 ha con capacit\u00e0 di 2.200 posti letto (3 hotel 4\u20135* con 760 posti e 240 ville con 1.440 posti), e Golf Negrin \u2013 campo da golf R1 di 105 ha (18 buche, club house, ville) con capacit\u00e0 di 300 posti letto.
