Falkensteiner Premium Resort Salò on Lake Garda is a new flagship development for the Italian Adriatic‑Alpine region, conceived as a contemporary luxury resort in close harmony with nature. Set directly on the shores of Lake Garda, one of Europe’s most iconic lakes, the project combines a 5‑star hotel with 170 premium living apartments, all embedded within a carefully designed botanical park. The landscape concept is led by renowned landscape architect Joao Nunes (PROAP), underscoring the ambition to create a “green sanctuary” where design, nature and wellbeing are equally central
The first phase will deliver the hotel, offering around 97 rooms and suites, together with 96 premium apartments, while the remaining 74 apartments are scheduled for completion by 2027. Guests and residents will enjoy a wide range of facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, extensive spa and wellness areas, curated dining venues, lounge bars and a variety of recreational and family‑oriented amenities, positioning the resort as a year‑round destination. With an estimated investment volume of around EUR 140 million, the project represents a key long‑term asset in the luxury and sustainable hospitality segment on Lake Garda.
